Trainer 1

Analyze and research client learning situation, expectations, resources, learning needs, learning gaps, and tasks as well as the available software, technology, and infrastructure available to meet client needs. Design curricula according to instructional principles, client-objectives, and problem objectives. Develop practices that are structured, streamlined, and well-communicated to the team according to best practices for instructor-led training, Web-based training, virtual classroom, job aids, quick reference materials, and exercises. Implement practices surrounding the production of educational materials, the structuring of content rollout to facilitators and students, and general project management criteria associated with a training program. Evaluate techniques applicable to the requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in planning and managing training development for large programs
- Five (5) years of experience in creation of comprehensive training strategy and associated materials
- Three (3) years experience employing state of the art training strategies to incrementally impart mastery in use and administration of computer systems to satisfy customer mission requirements
- Extensive experience in Instructional Design
- Experience developing formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and materials of a technical nature
- Experience developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature
- Experience with developing, implementing, or training on diversity
- Experience working with Windows and Unix environments
- CTT+ Certification
- Experience with DOD Video and Web-Based Training Materials
