We are looking for a team player with experience in cybersecurity architectures and development to add to our core sensor processing engineering team. Candidates must have a strong technical background and be capable of coming up to speed on new technologies quickly. Good communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team environment are required.
This is a mid-level, cross-functional engineering position, supporting the development of our sensor processing systems. Our products incorporate custom logic designs using GPUS, FPGAs, and CPLDs. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for contributing technically to, and possibly leading, several 5G projects.

The Cyber Security Architect is responsible for:
Understand current as well as emerging security threats. Identify security architecture capabilities and design security architecture patterns to mitigate threats
Ensures solutions are secure through participation in all phases of the lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, then implementation, followed by validation
Explore, evaluate, and develop prototype solutions to augment commercial wireless communication protocols to provide secure and resilient communications for government applications
Researching, developing, operationalizing, evaluating, and improving defensive tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for detecting and responding to mobile security cyber threats
Perform hands-on security assessments of different parts of cellular network infrastructure (radio access network, core network, edge networks, etc.)
Assessing potential cellular network-based risks to enterprise mobile devices, networks, and applications
Defining and implementing wireless test networks, test scenarios, and tools for collecting and analyzing results
Participating in requirement analysis, technical communications, and training for 4G or 5G New Radio military systems.
Designing and implementing architecture and software modules of 4G or 5G packet core products.
Hands-on experience on 4G/5G packet core user plane development
Possess working knowledge of core cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with commonly used penetration testing techniques.
Ability to think critically, work in group settings and be proactive in pursuing research and problem-solving with minimal supervision.
Possess working knowledge of network architecture including Internet routing protocols, network segmentation.
Knowledge of wireless WAN system signaling procedures and/or radio architecture
Familiarity with commonly used wireless communications physical layer protocols
Education and Experience
B.S. or M.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; PhD. a plus (must be from accredited college or university)
Minimum 7 years related experience (5 years with an M.Sc.)
Clearance – Active or Ability to obtain a DoD TS clearance.
